Universal Celestial Star Globe
Universal Celestial Star Globe
The Universal Globe is a model of the celestial sphere and may be compared to a world globe, which is a model of Earth. This globe is designed to assist students in learning the locations, names and shapes of the constellations.
When viewing the constellations and stars through the globe, or from the inside looking out, the stars are seen in their true relationship, similar to viewing the heavens in a large planetarium where the stars are projected on a domed ceiling.
