Speaking and listening skills are fundamental to every child's development and those who lack a good grounding find early formal education a real challenge. This new and improved edition of Speaking for Myself tackles this problem through tried-and-tested interactive tasks that also introduce children to using a computer.

Originally designed for children with Special Educational Needs, the first edition of Speaking for Myself also quickly proved its worth in mainstream, inclusive classrooms. This new version has 60 on-screen flash cards, 15 two- and three-word talking stories and 8 nursery rhymes, each with colourful animations and sound effects. There are five sets of games and diversions and extra flash cards and stories etc. to print out from the CD.
