Shape and Space I investigates the angles of polygons, and stellated polygons, and looks at regular and semi-regular tessellations, It also covers Archimedes' method for estimating Pi.

The CD is designed to satisfy the requirements of the British National Curriculum for Mathematics Attainment target 4, which states that should be able to "Use a computer to generate and transform 2D and 3D objects". The disc is supplied with a workbook and Activity Guide and is suitable for Children aged between 12 and 14. The work booklet leads Children through a variety of practical activities. The Activity Guide contains a guide to the software, background material, references and answers to the problems on the worksheets.
