Similar to the teacher demo panel with the addition of the Current and voltage measuring unit. The Dr FuelCell demo panel has been a great success in showing classes solar hydrogen and PEM fuel cell technology in action. The different forms of energy are demonstrated by the modules mounted on a robust frame.

The energy created in the solar module is used through electrolysis to separate water into hydrogen and oxygen collected in measuring cylinders. The gases are then combined in the double fuel cell to form water; generating electrical energy as part of the process. Both the series and parallel connections of the cell can be shown. The load module and measuring unit can be used to demonstrate the effect of different current flows.

The simple and sturdy construction of the test rig means it can be used effectively as a front of class teaching resource and a practical experiment resource for students.
