Digiscope 300 Embed ICT in science lessons with this multi-functional microscope.

It includes a digital camera attachment that connects to a PC to show and capture live microscopic images. The camera can be removed and replaced by an eyepiece so that the Digiscope becomes a conventional optical microscope. You can even detach it from the stand to provide a portable magnifier. The base features a plate with clips to hold slides in position. This can be replaced by the "live cell" supplied, to show live minibeasts or specimens in water. Includes: calibration slide to measure specimens, experiment manual, pipette, forceps, plain slides, slides with pecimens, and a soft carrying bag. Software Includes the child friendly Motic Play Software. Children are able to capture, measure and edit still images and videos and add sounds. Functions include adding text, paint mode, applying effects such as mosaic to images or rotating images. Images created can then be exported for printing. Specification: magnification - 20X - 100X, LED illumination for upper and lower light (requires 3 x AA batteries). Suitable for Windows 98/2000/ME/XP; Mac OS 9.x
