Spin the Bottle (Categories)

A sparkling idea for: understanding and sorting into categories

You will need:

Active World Mat
Plastic bottle

How to play:

Place the bottle on its side somewhere in the centre of the mat. Players take turns to spin the bottle round and name the item that it points to (e.g. the post office). Players then name a category/group that it belongs to, i.e. Buildings and name their favourite thing within that group.
