Credit card information is encrypted and is protected with 128 bit Encryption provided by Sage Pay; a high level secure server used by the banks. While on secure pages, such as our order basket and checkout stage, you will be transferred to a secure server where a padlock icon will appear on the bottom of your Web browser. keen2learn use Sage Pay(payment service provider) to ensure your credit / debit card details are kept safe against fraud. All data passed between our site and Sage Pay (e.g. your name and address) is encrypted, therefore all credit/debit card details are only input once you have been directed to the Sage Pay secure payment system. No personal or sensitive data (e.g. credit card information) is stored on our web server. Any credit care details you supply to us will be kept on the Sage Pay server for increased security.
The only people who have access to any personal information you supply are Keen2learn staff. Our offices are manned Monday – Friday; 9am -5:30pm. Any personal information you supply to us is needed for contact details and renewals of our services.
