Q: Do you have a Catalogue?

Not presently as our ever expanding range means a catalogue would be out of date very quickly. However, we intend to produce one in the near future so please check back soon.

Q: Do you deliver overseas?

Yes we can. In order to calculate the shipping costs overseas please contact us and we can advise based on your requirement. Please also refer to our Delivery Details page for more information.

Q: What is the cost of Delivery?

All the prices listed on our site include VAT and Delivery. So the price you see for each item is the price you pay at the checkout - no hidden costs!

Q: How soon will my items be delivered?

Items in stock will usually be delivered within 3-5 working days of your order. If you do require next day delivery, there is an additional charge of £6.95 (inc. VAT). For more information please read our Delivery Details page.

Q: How do I chase up my order?

All our orders are delivered by courier and therefore will have a tracking number. If your order has not been received, or you simply want to check the status of the order please contact us with your order reference number and we can chase it up for you.

Q: Do I need to register to buy from keen2learn?

No! We know what an irritation this can be. With our simple and secure ordering service so you don’t need a user name or password to proceed to the checkout. This is a very secure and simple way to place your order with our guaranteed on-line security provided by Protx. Please read our Privacy Policy for more details on payment security. Q: If I am from a School, can I pay on account?

Yes, we have a facility at the checkout where you can order your items by Proforma Invoice or on account. Please read our Payment Options page for more information on how to order or open an account.

Q: How can I return my items if damaged or not required?

A service that is very rarely used! but we will gladly refund or replace damaged goods free of charge. Please contact us so we can make arrangements for you to return the goods. Read our Terms and Conditions of sale for more information on this.

Q: What if I can’t find what I am looking for?

At keen2learn we pride ourselves on offering the best Educational Games & Toys to suit your child’s learning needs. If you cannot find something to suit your specific needs, or simply want to ask a question about a certain product, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Q: How do I know if you have a product in stock?

Products are normally kept in stock by our suppliers and can be obtained for you very quickly. However, we do not guarantee that all items will be in stock and some require a order to be placed specially. However, if you have a specific requirement, please contact us directly and we can check on the availability for you.
