When will my items be delivered?
When Selecting Free Delivery
Items are dispatched same day or next day. Most items will therefore be delivered within 3 working days from your order.
If you have any question or concerns about when your items will be delivered then please call us on 0845 643 0585.
When Selecting Special Next Day Delivery
You can select next working day delivery - as long as you place the order before 2pm. This option can be selected in your shopping basket.
Return of Damaged or Faulty Goods
Every effort is made to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition, but if this is not the case you should contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or full refund.
If you would like to return damaged or faulty goods, please ensure that you contact us first by e-mailing us at info@keen2learn.co.uk. We will then give you a reference number and send a return postage paid label to allow you to return the goods at no cost. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Tax Charges
VAT is included at the standard rate. Should you require a VAT receipt for your order please request this by e-mail and quote your order number.
Return of Unwanted Goods
We guarantee your satisfaction with all goods that you purchase from Keen2learn. If in the exceptional event that you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you should contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods at info@keen2learn.co.uk to arrange a full refund. Unwanted goods must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days. Refunds will be made within 30 days from the goods being received by us.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Overseas Delivery
We can also deliver to BFPO locations and overseas countries, however the cost varies considerably with the size shape and weight of the shipment. Can you please contact us (sales@keen2learn.co.uk) with the description of the products(s) you want along with a location and we will tell you of the lowest delivery charge.
