When will my items be delivered?

Normal Delivery

We use a couple of despatch warehouses so your order for more than one item could be arrive from different locations. Most items are normally held in stock and arrive in 3 – 5 days from your order. If we have run out , damn it, please give us 14 days to get ourselves sorted out and get the order to you.

Tax Charges

VAT is included at the standard rate. Should you require a VAT receipt for your order please request this by e-mail and quote your order number.

Return of Faulty or Unwanted Goods

The products are tried and tested in schools. Kids tend to pull things apart even at 15, so it will be a rare event if something is duff. If do spot something that is not right – no worries, give us a call within 7 days and we’ll arrange to get it back and swap it.
If product is OK but not what you though it would be – still no worries. Give us a call or email us at sales@keen2learn.co.uk within 7 days and providing you haven’t stood on it or used it as a door stop we will arrange for you to send to back in its original condition and packaging within 14 days for a refund.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Overseas Delivery

We can deliver to locations and overseas countries, however the cost varies considerably with the size shape and weight of the shipment. Please contact us at sales@keen2learn.co.uk with the description of the products(s) you want along with a delivery address and we will tell you of the lowest delivery charge.
