Conditions of Use

Making a purchase has been made as easy as possible for you. Just browse through the product lists - or use the search function, until you find what you want. Click on Add to Cart and then enter the quantity that you require. A running total will appear of what you have ordered in the shopping cart information box.

You can continue to add, amend or remove more items to your order at your leisure as it is not confirmed until the secure page when you will be asked to enter payment details. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. -

Payment & Currencies

We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. These are processed online using the Protx secure payment service. Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£). VAT is added at the standard rate.

The security of the service can be verified when you enter the secure server (via the order area) by clicking on the padlock which will appear on the bottom of your screen. This will supply details of the certificate we use and its authenticity.

Shipping and Handling

All orders are shipped via DHL Services. For reasons of security when you order online, we can only ship to the billing address that is linked to your credit/debit card. If this is not convenient, please contact us to make special arrangements.

All packages sent using DHL includes a delivery tracking facility. This allows us to monitor the delivery at all stages. The delivery will require a signature on delivery. If no one is available when DHL tried to deliver the package you may need to collect it from the local DHL depot – a card will be left with instructions on what you need to do.

Return of Damaged or Faulty Goods

Every effort is made to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition, but if this is not the case you should contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or full refund.

If you would like to return damaged or faulty goods, please ensure that you contact us first by

e-mailing us at info@keen2learn.co.uk. We will then give you a reference number and send a return postage paid label to allow you to return the goods at no cost. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Tax Charges

VAT is included at the standard rate. Should you require a VAT receipt for your order please request this by e-mail and quote your order number.

Return of Unwanted Goods

We guarantee your satisfaction with all goods that you purchase from Keen2learn. If in the exceptional event that you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you should contact us within 10 days of receiving your goods at info@keen2learn.co.uk to arrange a full refund. Unwanted goods must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days. Refunds will be made within 30 days from the goods being received by us.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
