Keen 2 Learn operates a Privacy Policy where we only use the information we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice. We aim to safeguard the privacy of all our customers while providing a high quality of personal customer service.

Our systems will collect your name, address and buying information when you place your order. This allows us process your order in the best possible way.

We take every precaution to protect our customers' information. When customers submit sensitive information via the website, the information is protected both online and off-line.

128bit Encryption provided by Protx

Credit card information is encrypted and is protected with 128 bit Encryption provided by Protx; a high level secure server used by internet banks. While on secure pages, such as our order checkout page, you will be transferred to a secure server where a padlock icon will appear on the bottom of your Web browser. Another way to be sure that you are on a secure page is to look at the URL in the top address bar (Secure URLs start with https:// instead of http://.) keen2learn use Protx (payment service provider) to ensure your credit / debit card details are kept safe against fraud. All data passed between our site and Protx (e.g. your name and address) is encrypted, therefore all credit/debit card details are only input once you have been directed to the Protx secure payment system. No personal or sensitive data (e.g. credit card information) is stored on our webserver. Any credit care details you supply to us will be kept on the Protx server for increased security.

The only people who have access to any personal information you supply are Keen2learn staff. Our offices are manned Monday – Friday; 9am -5:30pm. Any personal information you supply to us is needed for contact details and renewals of our services.
