Keen 2 Learn Delivery Policy

Although most items in the keen2learn range are normally held in stock, due to the extensive range we offer certain items are available on 14 days delivery. Please note that your order may be made of deliveries from several of our warehouses.

Please allow up to 14 days for all the deliveries of your order to have been completed. You will also receive a confirmation email from Protx to confirm your payment. If you have any query about your order or delivery, please contact use by phone or email, quoting your order reference number.

Despatch

All orders are shipped via DHL Services. For reasons of security when you order online, we can only ship to the billing address that is linked to your credit/debit card. If this is not convenient, please contact us to make special arrangements.

All packages sent using DHL includes a delivery tracking facility. This allows us to monitor the delivery at all stages. The delivery will require a signature on delivery. If no one is available when DHL tried to deliver the package you may need to collect it from the local DHL depot – a card will be left with instructions on what you need to do.

International Orders

All international orders are despatched using an international carrier. The delivery charges are dependant on the country and the weight of the item. On the Shopping Basket page, you will select the country to deliver to and the shipping cost will be calculated and added to the order value. If you have any further queries concerning international delivery please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Return of Damaged or Faulty Goods

Every effort is made to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition, but if this is not the case you should contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or full refund.

If you would like to return damaged or faulty goods, please ensure that you contact us first by e-mailing us at info@keen2learn.co.uk. We will then give you a reference number and send a return postage paid label to allow you to return the goods at no cost. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Tax Charges

VAT is included at the standard rate. Should you require a VAT receipt for your order please request this by e-mail and quote your order number.

Return of Unwanted Goods

We guarantee your satisfaction with all goods that you purchase from Keen2learn. If in the exceptional event that you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you should contact us within 10 days of receiving your goods at info@keen2learn.co.uk  to arrange a full refund. Unwanted goods must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days. Refunds will be made within 30 days from the goods being received by us.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
